I'd like to 1). Get my apartment's smoke alarm to be cleaned, serviced, replace it's battery with a new one and tested 2). Put a top safety cover for the plug point - pls see attached pic I'd like to know how much will it cost totally (labour+ material) and would want an invoice when the job is done and paid for. Two tasks for a handyperson: 1. Install a new Ring doorbell. There is an existing doorbell and chime, so should just involve drilling (into concrete) in place and changing over the unit. 2. Fasten a smoke alarm. The smoke alarm has come loose from the ceiling so may just need a screw or something to keep it flush with the ceiling.
