You'll need a tool to open the manhole to get access and remove it. A large flathead screwdriver may suffice. A wall has been removed. 1 light switch and one PowerPoint ran in that wall as shown. Socket needs to move to inner wall with subfloor access and existing wire. S/f new socket. Switch needs to be relocated as practical.
