Hi there! I’d like to install a ceiling fan and pendant light in the lounge room of our CBD apartment. Ceiling is plaster. There were previously down lights in these locations. Note that this is an apartment block in the middle of the city that sadly has NO PARKING. Street parking is easiest early in the day. I have found a pendant and ceiling fan that I’d like installed. I haven’t purchased them yet as I want to consult with an electrician to make sure they will work. I am happy to supply once you say they will work. The electrical in the apartment was redone after a renovation about 3 years ago.

Installation of ceiling light (pictured) to existing connection. Precious light has been removed, capped and concealed within the ceiling. Will need to cut into ceiling, retrieve existing connection and install new light. Installation area is above a queen sized bed. Bed will be covered with a drop sheet (I’ll supply) but can’t be moved for this task, unless you’re willing and able to move it- please ensure you’re comfortable with this.

I have a large skylight I would like to install on my roof. I am looking for experienced help to oversee and assist installation. Two wall mounted lights installed on wall and connected. They will be installed ons brick wall so there will need to be some conduit run from ceiling. There is easy access to ceiling directly above proposed installation spot. There is also power and a pre existing switches that could also be used
