Licensed electrician only please. My lamp won’t turn on, I’m assuming it’s the wiring? I’ve tried different bulbs and power points to no avail.

I think the switch needs to be replaced or the wiring inside the lamp. The lamp sometimes comes on or off.

I own a rather beloved Star Wars lamp, originally purchased from the US. 120 voltz, 60hz I believe? It stopped working some time ago, I'm afraid I have no idea why (I did check the bulb, absolutely promise!), but it'd be great to get a full rewire/plug no matter what's going on, as it's a pain to keep using a travel adaptor for my bedside light! Happy to deliver the lamp to someone's home workshop/ place of business to keep all covid-safe :)
