Ella was friendly and polite. Thank you for helping me out! The reason for my review is that she didn’t refuel before picking me up for the journey, which caused me to be late for my exam. She was also occasionally on her phone while driving (no hands-free device) which I was concerned about, even if she was only using maps. She was also 10 minutes late to pick me up from uni.
