To get council approvals, I need basic plans for a simple deck extension. Nothing fancy! But want to do it all properly.

Would like full plans of deck completed by a draftsmen with restricted engineering licence - ready for submission to a certifier, certificates and everything completed. Please see initial plans of deck in photos with measurements. Very straightforward deck. Located Boondall 4034

I am looking for a AutoCAD drafter / Architect with experience in residential building design for followings: - Create a house plan in AutoCAD using the pdf copy of house plan received from council. - visit the property to measure some of the changes previous owner has made and incorporate them in the main design. I will be using these plans for some renovation work and will submit them for approval at council so I need someone who has experience in this kind of work and can generate drawings that complies with Ipswich council requirements. All AutoCAD drawings should be compatible with AutoCAD 2020 version.

We’re looking for someone to come out to our house in Ashmore, measure the internal and external and create a digital 2D floor plan for us. This is just an exisiting floor plan of the house so we have a plan to work off when planning out the renovations. It’s not getting lodged with council, it’s a private plan only.
