Floor planner for a 5 bedroom home with great attention detail

We have an existing house extension that needs extensive remodelling to become a more liveable space. In order to work with our builder, we need plans. We have made our own floorplan sketch for the remodelled space. In brief, the kitchen (shown at right of photo, with tin roof) to be extended sideways into the enclosed verandah (at left of photo, with terracotta roof). Then, forming an L shaped room enclosing a new deck for an indoor/outdoor room (will replace some or all of the enclosed veranda at left). Before drafting, we need a review of feasibility and cost of our renovation plans, to determine how much of the enclosed veranda should be kept (if any), or whether the design should be revised.
