Existing Rooms (2) – Prefabricated Wet Area Pods • Two existing rooms will need to be modified to incorporate externally supplied prefabricated wet area pods. - Pod location, footprint, and required clearances - Identification of services connection points only - Interface coordination between pod and existing structure Large Existing Room – Subdivision & Wet Area Integration •subdivision of one existing room into four (4) non-structural rooms. • Partition layouts will be indicative of: • Spatial arrangement • Privacy and circulation intent • Compliance coordination • Acoustic performance, fire ratings, and ventilation compliance are to be verified by relevant consultants. • One treatment room to include a prefabricated and externally purchased washroom pod. Services Coordination • Services drawings will be diagrammatic and coordination-based only. • Documentation will identify: • Approximate routing • Connection locations • Allowances for future consultant detailing. Assumptions • Existing base building services are adequate to support proposed wellness use • All prefabricated wet area pods will be supplied with required certification and manufacturer installation documentation. • Any latent site conditions discovered during construction are excluded from the consultant’s responsibility.
