I'm opening up a pasta shop and want to show my pasta products on our front counter so customers can have a visual look at what's available to buy. So I want to preserve our existing pasta (without changing the look or colour) so I can leave it permanently on the front counter without deteriorating. This might require a resin artist, sculptor or someone of similar skill. The products we want to preserve and display are Ravioli, Gnocchi, Cannelloni and Fresh Pasta (Spaghetti, Linguine, Tagliatelle, Lasagne sheets). In total there are 14 products. For each product, we want to have multiple items of it to display. Medium size ravioli: 10 ravioli + 1 cut open Jumbo ravioli: 3 ravioli + 1 cut open Gnocchi: 10 - 15 pieces Fresh pasta: 3 bunches of each type We also want to preserve the subtle differences that some ravioli flavours have, for example in the last photo attached there is a small bit of parsley on the edge of the ravioli.

You'll need to be registered with the VBA and hold a VBA number that will be listed on our building permit application I need a design for a retail shop for our cake business. The site size is 35sm. It needs to meet appropriate building codes and be used for the issue of a building permit and subsequent approvals once work is completed. No cooking will be done on premise, only display and sale of cakes and some drinks. We want to use as many freestanding components as possible (new or secondhand) to manage cost and reduce permanent fixture foot-print. We are looking for the following components in the design: large cake display, bench for POS, bench for coffee, sink for cleaning, hand wash basin, small hot water system, integrated work bench and underbench fridge, upright freezer, ~ 4 tables and chairs, hanging illuminated sign and product pictures in the windows. I will also need to do some painting, put in a false ceiling and epoxy the floor. The vast majority of customers will buy whole cakes or slices and take away with them for consumption. We do not want to overcapitalise and are looking for a minimalist design. We are negotiating a 1 + 2 + 2 lease and are conscious about controlling the initial investment as the retail space is very new and yet to be proven.
