Go to AusPost and purchase a Parcel Post Prepaid Satchel Large ($18.65) - I can reimburse this out of pocket expense. This satchel already includes the postage too. Before sealing the satchel, please send me a photo of the items inside. Then, hand the satchel over to an AusPost staff member where they will scan it and give you a receipt.
