I’m looking for a reliable, trustworthy person to be at my apartment over the course of a week to assist with multiple furniture and appliance deliveries. Items arriving include a fridge, washer/dryer, beds, and other household appliances. I’ll be overseas in London, so I need someone on-site to let delivery drivers in, help guide items into the apartment, unpack where required, and move everything into the appropriate rooms. The role also includes doing a quick check that items arrive in good condition and notifying me if there are any issues. Delivery times will be scheduled in advance where possible, and I’m looking for someone flexible, careful, and comfortable handling large items with delivery teams.

I need a fit and reliable person to help me with some furniture delivery jobs mostly in the Paddington area tomorrow (Monday 24th November). I will be collecting and delivering the items in my small truck and am looking for someone to help me with the lifting. The jobs will comprise the following: - Collect a mirror from Leichhardt. - Move a few furniture items from Darling Point to Paddington (not a full truckload) - Collect a mattress and a few boxes from Paddington and deliver them, along with the mirror, to another address in Paddington. - Take a sideboard with marble top from Millers Point to Double Bay. My truck is equipped with a tail lift and I will be helping with the lifting as well. I am an experienced furniture mover. The job will start in Leichhardt at 9:30am and I predict we will finish around 2:00pm. I can give you a lift to and from the job from the city or inner west areas.
