Bac Deck needs to be sanded, it’s in okay condition

Proposed dates are 5th-7th of May - the house will be vacant and available during this time. Let me know if you cannot do these days and your proposed days. For the floorboards: The area is about 90 sqm. Sand and polish floorboards of entire vacant 3 bedroom house. Minor repairs are required too - the three worst small sections are attached (floorboards otherwise in good condition). The front rooms are older baltic pine and the rear extension is new hardwood. All rooms have floorboards (including the bathroom). The polish should be a matte finish - im happy to have a chat about what you think will work best. For the deck: The deck is around 16 sqm. Sand the deck. Finish with a standard deck finish (e.g. a simple matte stain) Quote should be all inclusive of airtasker fees and materials (inc polish). Please find the floor plan of the house attached. Also attached are some photos of the floorboards and deck.

We have sold our house and are moving out by the 15th. We have sanded half the deck, however have run out of time to do the other half. We have a sander. Photos are old when we rendered. It’s cleaned right up since.

Hi! I need some help finishing sanding my deck. We have done majority with a hired floor sander from Kennards however we need someone to come through and ‘tidy’ it up and finish the edges where the large sander did not reach as well as stair tread that it could not do either. I’m ultimately trying to remove an awful existing red stain. Back deck is approx 21 sqm. Front deck we have not touched at all with the sander it is approx 20sqm this would need to be entirely completed. You would need your own tools.
