Hi, I’m looking for a reliable person in Sydney to help me resolve an issue with an international parcel. I sent a package from Merrickville (Sydney) to Germany. Shortly after, I travelled to Indonesia. According to the tracking history, the parcel was returned to the post office — first due to an issue with the overseas declaration, and later due to a problem with the address. Because I am currently overseas, I cannot call or visit the post office myself. I was informed that this can be handled if I provide a written authorisation (power of attorney). I will provide a signed authorisation letter and a copy of my passport allowing you to: • collect the parcel from the post office • open the parcel if required • clarify the issue with Australia Post • and re-send the parcel correctly What I need from you: • Your full legal name (for the authorisation) • You printing out the authorization • Visit the relevant post office • Speak with staff and resolve the issue • Update me on what went wrong and next steps I will send you in advance: • the signed authorisation letter (scan) • passport copy • tracking number and all necessary details Payment: Happy to pay fairly based on time and effort — please include your offer.
