    We are a super busy family of 5 in Melbourne suburb of Caroline Springs. We need assistance with healthy meal preparation incl. dinners, lunches & after school snacks for weekday meals. Some meals will be just the food preparation. eg chopping up veggies rather than finishing the meal ready to eat. I’m guessing most practical best time of the week would be Monday. 4 hours per week ongoing. Your day might vary between: • Preparing after school snacks (5 days worth) • Cook evening meal with an emphasis on veggies (5 nights worth) • Prepare lunches both adults & children in bulk (4 days worth) • Breakfast not included • We’ll pick up ingredients over the weekend • Full use of our kitchen incl. 2 slow cookers, pressure cooker 2 freezers. Our food style is mostly protein with veggies. Such as Amelia Freer, Sarah Wilson, Wholefoods, Michelle Bridges, CSIRO and generally low carb and gluten free as much as possible. There are no allergies we really need to eat more veggies. The emphasis is on removing the pre-packaged snacks, no longer buying lunch at work and getting us much healthier. We do have a basic 4 week meal plan but think it might take a bit of practice and extra time initially to set up a system we just repeat. But we’ve never been able to make this work consistently – hence the need for help! I’d love to hear your thoughts if anything above is worth structuring differently.
