Deliver 5 days of fresh, home cooked healthy food, in particular GREEK FOOD , 2 meals/ day- lunch and dinner. Variety important, Do not like greasy food, lots of fresh vegetables , fruit, lean meats etc. So 10 meals a week and if happy with the first week will continue the same weekly.
