The façade is currently being tuck-pointed and the concreting needs to be completed ASAP before the tuck-pointing is completed at the lower level of the house. Remove small Hibiscus inc stump as pictured plus handful of bricks acting as garden edge, which are concreted in. The remaining terracotta tiles in picture need to remain untouched and secure.
