The sofa splits into two sections, so it doesn’t need to be moved as one piece. Lift access is available throughout the building. No stairs and no vehicle required. The job should take around 15 to 30 minutes.

In preparation for my townhouse being painted and getting new carpet. I need furniture from 3 bedrooms moved to the basement garage. This is a 2 person job as there are quite a lot of stairs and a few heavy items. For items that won’t fit through doors, they will also need to be disassembled (these items are king bed frame, queen bed frame, king single bed frame and a swivel chair. There is a chest of draws and a number of desks. From one bedroom there is 45 steps to the basement, from the other 2 there is 30 steps and then on the living area (not moving all furniture) just need to move a TV cabinet and hall table. I’d need to job complete by 2pm - happy to pay for 2 hours
