I have a large desk/centrepiece in our office. I need this removed and disposed of legally. The size of the desk is: 1.2m x 4.1m (approximately) The desk will need to be broken up to take out as it is large enough to assume it was built in place. It has an engineered stone feeling top, with a wooden frame/cabinets underneath.

Townhouse in Subiaco We are negotiating the selling of our house in Subiaco but are unable to get back to Perth to clear the house. If the sale goes ahead, and we have an offer, then we will need the house cleared and cleaned for hand-over. The house is over 3/4floors. 4 bedroom - about 180sqm. Some stuff to go to storage, some probably shipped to Darwin and lots to be disposed of. There is also a storeroom that will need sorting and clearing. Much of the furniture does not fit down the stairs so we may have to use a small crane truck to get items off the balcony. i have someone that can meet you there but to start with if you could just give me a ball-park figure that I am looking at. The house is not lived in at present and has not got masses of 'stuff' in it, it just needs things thrown out, things packed into boxes for storage or shipment and most of the furniture removed and either thrown away, stored, sold or shipped to Darwin. I am stuck in Malaysia at the moment and cannot get back to Perth but should be able to get a date where companies can view the property so they can quote. The time frame is quite tight, this has to be done before the end of the month.
