We’ve done our best to keep it clean until now but need an experienced expert who can deep clean before we install new exhaust fans and vents. It’s an old home with DIY building techniques so be aware there will be challenging surfaces, corners, lots of joint trim on ceiling and awkward angles. PLEASE NOTE: You’ll need to have experience, need to be fit and your own equipment to be eligible for this job (e.g ceiling mop with extension pole, a step ladder, buckets and any other required cleaning supplies). $400 for a full 8 hours work. Need a Bond cleaning for small 2 bedroom unit with kitchen, living, 1 bathroom, hall and very small balcony. Photos attached.
