Hey! Looking for a one off (with potential for ongoing future periodic cleans) clean in Warriewood. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with carpet in living areas, hallway and bedrooms, with 2 young kids (4 and 6) and a small dog (Pug). Looking for a meticulous cleaner for an allergy focused deep clean. This is not a standard clean; I need all dust and dirt removed from skirting boards, window frames, window sills, behind/under furniture, and all hard surfaces (as well as usual clean of bathrooms / kitchen / laundry). 1. Allergen-Focused Cleaning: damp-wiping of surfaces, furniture, and fixtures, rather than dry dusting, to ensure dust is captured rather than redistributed. 2. Detailed Surfaces: cleaning of skirting boards, door frames, window sills, door frames, and top-to-bottom dusting. 3. Carpet & Upholstery: Require a vacuum with a HEPA filter if possible, and include vacuuming under and behind furniture. 4. Behind/Under Furniture: Specifically moving light furniture to get to built-up dust. 5. Windows & Vents: Detail cleaning of window tracks, blinds, and air vents. 6. Supplies: Bring a vacuum with high suction (preferably HEPA) and microfiber cloths (we do have a HEPA vac, shark, however be great to have someone with their own / experienced in this area). 7. I am looking for windows to be cleaned (this can be quoted separately) - keen to know. 3 x standard windows, 3 x smaller windows, & 1 x large glass sliding door with 3 panels all up (floor to ceiling glass).
