Hi, I am looking for someone to come around once a month to do a thorough clean of the house. The house is: 4 carpeted bedrooms (2 unoccupied so just need a regular dusting and vacuum) 2 bathrooms - one walk in shower, one shower over bath, both with toilets, only one bathroom is used 1 laundry area 1 open plan kitching and dining area 1 living area. Aside from the 4 bedrooms the house is tiled throughout (beige tiles, cream walls). I have two small indoor dogs and one cat. I keep the place clean. I am looking for that monthly "reset" with a thorough, detailed scrub. What i need: Basically just a good vacuum of the carpets, mop tiles, wipe walls, hard to get or usually skipped areas (e.g. fans, next to fridge), wipe counters and bench tops down. I would love it if you could help get pet hair off the couch! Happy to pay extra here and there for doing the occasional bigger task like cleaning out the oven. Best to bring your own equipment. What I dont need: No need to do dishes, no laundry or folding, no organising pantries or cupboards. I dont mind how long/short you take to clean. I am fully flexible as I work from home full time, so we can work together on the days and times that suit you. The only non-negotiable is a clean close to a rental inspection date (theyre every three months). Need the first one done before 2nd Feb :)
