!! Please read !! I need someone with experience to do end of lease cleaning for my 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in Riverstone. The place is already very clean, floors cleaned every day and mopped twice every week, windows already cleaned inside and out and alfresco and patio were also cleaned recently. Kitchen is kept absolutely clean. Grouts in bathroom are not dirty but need some cleaning There are very very few (like 3-4) marks on the walls that need to be dabbed as it is washable paint. The floor are bamboo and in dark finish. I use Bona floor cleaner usually and avoid water. So you will have to use something gentle for the floors. Please don't quote a standard fees as my place is already very clean and requires much less effort than it usually would. Please find the pictures attached. The job needs to be done on 4th of October.
