Cleaning and changeover for my holiday rental.

Need a reliable person to help Clean my holiday rentals. At times, I will require you to check in guests as well. I have 2 holiday rental homes... Not your typical apartment on the beach: 1) one is a a small 3bedroom unit by the lake 2) the other is a (not so small) 6 bedroom house I have a lovely cleaner who cleans bathrooms, vacuums and mops and gives the houses a general wipe down, while I make the beds, change linen and clean up along side her. Sometimes I arrive first to change the sheets so I dont get in her way when she is cleaning. We usually have about 4 hours to turn around a house: guests check out at 10am and next guests check in at 2pm. Cleaning days are not fixed, they depend on the booking dates. For the larger house, I usually have my husband and kids helping as well. The cleaner who currently works with me has informed me she is stopping at the end of September. So the permanent job starts in October. If you know of anyone who might be interested to take on the job, please let me know. I would trial you out this month (paid of course) and discuss what needs doing and we will go from there. It's good money, especially when you have to take care of the whole house when I am on holiday. You MUST be available during all Qld school holidays including Christmas week (but not Christmas Day, of course) to take on this job. THIS first job and payment in Airtasker is just for a clean in between guests which I usually pay her $50. I will change sheets and put away the dishes in the kitchen; u will only have to clean the house ready for next guest. The job takes about 2 hours if u r used to it, but for a first timer, will probably be about 3 hours. I will work alongside you and that will be your trial, for me to see your work, and for you to see if you like the job. The changeover will be on WEDNESDAY, 31ST AUGUST; ANYTIME BETWEEN 10AM TILL 2PM. I will work alongside you during this time changing sheets and sorting out dishes in the kitchen. You would expect about 2-2.5 hours of work and half hour of discussion on future jobs. I am also looking at a permanent cleaner for my house as well (once a week), which will also be this same person. For the cleaning jobs, the rate comes down to about $25 per hour roughly, though I pay a lump sum for cleans, which allows you to have a break for food or a cup of coffee, as long as the job is done, I am happy. For changeover jobs, I pay usually $150 per changeover for the smaller house and $250 per changeover for the bigger house. This is not inclusive of the cleaning charges, which I still pay for separately. We pay more for changeovers because you will need to be available to check in the guests at whatever time their flight arrives, and have to walk them through the house explaining things (especially to foreign guests). Plus you will need to check the condition of the house when they leave. Linens will have to be washed and ready for the following check in (not the same day check in) Thanks.

Need a reliable Airtasker to help Clean my holiday rentals. Hi all, I have 2 holiday rental homes... Not your typical apartment on the beach: 1) one is a a small 3bedroom unit by the lake 2) the other is a (not so small) 6 bedroom house) I rent out on Airbnb to families who want to visit Gold Coast for the theme parks usually or whatever else tickles their fancy. I have a lovely cleaner who cleans bathrooms, vacuums and mops and gives the houses a general wipe down, while I make the beds, change linen and clean up along side her. We usually have about 4 hours to turn around a house: guests check out at 10am and next guests check in at 2pm. Cleaning days are not fixed, they depend on the booking dates. For the larger house, I usually have my husband and kids helping as well. This lovely lady also takes care of the whole process (including washing linen and towels, replacing them, cleaning and making beds, plus checking in the guests) when I am not around, which is about 4 times a year (during Qld school holidays). This means she does all the jobs that I do plus the cleaner jobs. During these times, she makes herself available and is even available on the phone for the guests to contact her if they have a question. Our guests usually come from South east Asia and Europe and a small number from Melbourne or Sydney. How do I replace such a gem? She just informed me that she is trying for a baby, and she will be stopping at the end of September. If you know of anyone who might be interested to take on the job, please let me know. I would trial you out this month (paid of course) and discuss what needs doing and we will go from there.
