We are very tidy, busy working professionals and have a good weekly cleaning routine to keep our newly renovated house in tip top shape – however to make our lives a little easier looking for someone to clean every fortnight (we’ll do the off week). Our Home: Two adults, no children, 2 friendly dogs (who come inside) The house is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms – however only one bedroom and the ensuite are used. We are currently not cooking (meal service) so the stove stays pretty untouched but that might change in a few months. Our normal cleaning routine looks like the list in the photos - however we can be a little flexible if you want to do it differently - the regular fortnightly clean only takes about 1 hour and we do the off week. I've just popped a random price in the 'budget' to get started. Please provide separate quotes for the 3 types of clean; 1. Fornightly 2. End of Month 3. End of Quarter (every 3 months) (lists attached in pictures).

Cleaning, Cooking and the Occasional Errand I work from home and keep the house immaculate so the cleaning required will be maintaining the home with the occasional deep clean. We have SEVEN animals (3 tiny dogs and 4 cats) so vacuuming all furniture is the biggest thing. You will never be asked to pick up any dog poops or clean litter boxes. 2. Cooking - my husband and I follow Keto (high fat / no carbs or sugar) and would need meal prepping done for us. Groceries will be provided. You must have an ABN and be able to invoice my company for your hours. We will not offer cash. This is an ongoing job which will be required 6 hours per week (flexible on days and times). We need help Twice a month on an ongoing basis to tidy up the house and putting everything where it should be and ironing clothes and putting them on the cabinets. No actual cleaning like brooming or mopping required.
