Everything everywhere! We have lived in our home for 18 years. We have 3 children and no storage so you can imagine how things have had to be piled up around us. Add in 2 people with mild disabilities, a working mother with depression and now injuries and impending operation how far gone the house is. I havent done a spring clena in 10 years now i have realised. Room by room i am trying to bring it back to life. We really need it as a family. But i am stuck. I dont know where to start. Theres cockraches and spiders in my kitchen cupboard. So you cant be afraid of spiders like me. Once we clean the pest control will be in. Im too embarrassed for now. I need someone with compassion and free of judgement to help me. A team of two would be best as there is a lot. Clear anything we dont want and clean. I want to start in the loungeroom then kitchen. We will be getting someone to do some heavy lifting soon and get rid of some bigger items and rubbish. Unless you can provide that too? I have a container coming from Cunnamulla and its arrival time is uncertain but assumed to be between 1pm and 3pm today. The unpacking is a low set place at Helensvale and comprises of 3 bedrooms of basic furniture and some boxes. Assumming two hours work for two people and if longer will increase the fee if needs be. The only variable is the container is coming a long distance and I don't know the precise starting time so availability to start will need to be flexible - and can update you as the day goes on. We are two busy working professionals that work close to 70 hour weeks, and travel often, with little-to-no time to spare. This first clean should help you understand the work which will be required each week, and if you’re a good fit for us, and we are a good client for you, we will be flexible on-going and use an alternative pay method if required. Price posted is for 6 hours: we expect this to be ongoing work, not a once off clean, we will be a regular client for you.
