Reliable person needed to do full end of lease bond clean, steam clean mattress and rugs (curtains if necessary)or organise a steam cleaner to attend as well. Also need to show some tenants the property after doing the clean. The current tenant has broken their lease after only 3 months . A full clean was done then so the property should not be too bad however some food stuffs need to be removed that were left from the previous tenant and the property needs to be returned to the condition as will be provided in photos. eg put any furniture back to its position . I'm urgently relocating interstate next Saturday and selling my place remotely, within the month. I've got the removalists all lined up but am a bit overwhelmed with sorting and project management. There's not too much to go through- nothing hectic, heavy or 'hoardery'. I just need a steady-minded sidekick to keep up the initiative and momentum! Perhaps some holistic help like doing the dishes while I write up a to-do list at the kitchen table, or to help me gather and sell things on gumtree. It could suit somebody who's got a few hours here and there over the next week, or else I'm happy to schedule in a full day to smash through the bulk of it.
