The unit has carpet in the bedroom and living room that will need cleaning. The bond clean needs to cover: * Oven, fridge, kitchen and bathroom floors * Bathroom including shower, toilet, vanity * Baseboards and windows (1 sliding door, 4 windows, 1 bathroom window) * Carpet in lounge & bedroom The following do NOT need cleaning: * Walls, blinds, furniture, mattress The ideal timing is: * Afternoon of Monday 27 Nov * Anytime on Tuesday 28 Nov * Morning of Wednesday 29 Nov * The carpet steam clean must be completed by Wednesday afternoon 29 Nov at the latest. I'm happy to send through photos of the unit. The unit is cleaned throughout about ever 10 days so it is not filthy. Please provide a quote for the bond clean services.
