This 1st experience has left a stain (literally) regarding the culture of Airtasker. Gave Arman the opportunity to reconcile his & his partners extremely poor work even with photographic evidence. He then began to try & manipulate me into a good review with a partial refund but seemed very questionable in his approach & began to accuse me. Clearly not equipped, experienced nor motivated for this job. Id be very wary the honesty of his ratings.

This woman is NOT someone you want doing a job for you. She agreed to end of lease clean a house then when asked why she wasn’t steam cleaning she said ‘I thought steam clean was a fancy word for vacuum’. She then did not even bring a vacuum cleaner with her and proceeded to door knock the neighbourhood to try to borrow one. She seemed like she was ‘off with the fairies’ to put it nicely. Spent more than 10hours on a 2bd apartment. Don’t book her

They are great cleaners my place was sparkling. Please note though something to be aware - they throw everything out! I’m needing to spend a further money on the things they threw out without my knowledge or consent. Plus I had to sort further through my bins as they threw out rubbish in green bin.
