Hi there! Can you help? The pandemic has put me in a bit of a rut 😥 I need a friendly housekeeper to help me get back on track (ASAP!) now that lockdowns are over. I live in a nice "1.5" bedroom unit, but sadly I have not had it cleaned since May (sorry 🙇)! It's not terrible, but needless to say that virtually *everything* needs cleaning. So, I am offering up to a total of $200 to get the whole place clean and tidy (which I estimate may take up to 5 hours). After that, I would be needing regular monthly housekeeping at a rate and time that we can both agree upon. ✅ Requirements 1) Emphasis on *housekeeper* and not just a cleaner - I need someone to help me keep my home neat and tidy. 2) Flexible - because sometimes life happens. 3) Good communication skills - easy for us to understand each other. 4) Initiative - the ability to see, do, and suggest things to help me with housekeeping without needing to be explicitly told. 5) Friendly - because you will be entering my personal space and we don't want any awkward encounters right?? 😅 6) Meticulous- someone who works thoroughly with an attention to detail. 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, 2 small balconies, Kitchen and Lounge Mopping, Vacuum, cleaning surfaces, windows and mirrors. Changing bed covers from time to time. Cleaning materials can be provided but I prefer if you bring yours. There's a small puppy at home. Very friendly!
