I’m looking for an experienced professional to deep clean my large fabric sectional couch. The couch is fabric and in good condition. I’m looking for a proper steam cleaning service to freshen it up and maintain it well. Requirements: • Professional upholstery steam cleaning machine (not small handheld equipment) • Experience cleaning fabric couches • Deodorising / antibacterial treatment included • Care taken to avoid over-wetting It’s approximately a 3 seater sectional. Please confirm the equipment you use and estimated drying time.

Please ensure all cleaning is completed before 2:00 PM. Cleaning requirements: • Bathroom: Deep clean the shower and toilet. Wipe the sink, cabinets, and all surfaces. Clean inside drawers thoroughly. • Lounge Room: Wipe benches and TV. Spot-clean the couch to remove any stains (a lint roller will be provided for pet fur). Wipe the lower section of the balcony sliding door (inside). • Kitchen: Clean and wipe all benchtops, stovetop, splashback, and oven (interior and exterior). Wipe the sink and taps, clean the exterior of appliances, wipe cupboard fronts, and ensure all surfaces are left clean and tidy. • Balcony: Dust all surfaces, wash floors, and wipe glass windows. • All Areas: Vacuum and mop floors, and clean all mirrors.

2 x armchairs, and 1 x 2 seater sofa need a good clean. Vintage furniture Not too dirty but would a full steam clean. You would need your own steam cleaning upholstery equipment. This is located at an office in St Kilda
