I’m looking for an experienced professional cleaner to complete a carpet, upholstery and curtain clean at the same time in our apartment. Ideally, I’d like everything completed during one visit. 1. Master Bedroom Carpet - Approximately 5m x 5m master bedroom, plus approximately 3–3.5m² of carpeted hallway/access area. -Carpet will need to be cleaned around existing furniture, as furniture will not be moved. -There are a few stains/marks that may require additional spot treatment. 2. Four-Seater Fabric Couch - no chaise or recliner sections. - Looking for a thorough general upholstery clean primarily for hygiene/freshening purposes. - The back cushions can be removed; the other cushions are fixed. 3. Master Bedroom Blockout Curtains - Blockout curtains in the master bedroom. - Curtains have minor mould/mildew along the bottom, which is the main reason for having them professionally cleaned. - Looking for the mould/mildew to be treated and removed as thoroughly as possible. - Happy for the curtains to be steam cleaned in place or removed for cleaning, depending on what is most appropriate for the fabric. Access & Other Information * Apartment with lift access. * Parking is available. * Cleaner to supply all equipment, cleaning products and materials. * We have two Pomeranians, but we can arrange for both dogs to be out of the apartment during the cleaning appointment. * Ideally looking for someone experienced in professional carpet, upholstery and curtain cleaning.
