We would like someone to come through and give our house a clean, it's been neglected (not horribly) for a while. By We have a small back deck and large front deck with a bbq. An outdoor paved area. 3 bedrooms but only 2 need cleaning. 1 bathroom, kitchen, living area and dining room. Lots of windows. What needs to be done: Decks cleaned with a pressure cleaner or something similar. Outdoor area swept. Bbq cleaned. Floors deep cleaned - they are all wooden - so vacuumed and steam cleaned. Kitchen - oven, fridge, range and all the cupboards need to be cleaned front and inside. Bathroom - everything All walls to be spot cleaned, ceilings need to have webs removed as do any light fixtures. The house accessories need to be whiped down and dusted. Bedrooms done same as rest of house, with cleaning under things as much as possible (don't expect them to be moved). 2 couches - one two seat and one three seat need to be steam cleaned. All windows in house need to be cleaned inside and outside of one's you can reach from ground. We think it will be 7-10hrs of hard work. If a great job was done we would then like to organise 2hrs fortnightly (if you don't do this then that's fine) to upkeep. Listing budget as 12hrs X $35/hr. Our date and time is flexible, please let us know when would suit you best in comment - the sooner the better
