Find a professional cleaner in Corinda

Hi, I’m moving house on Saturday (3rd of October) and need the shower properly cleaned and a little bit of spot cleaning- as when I did my walk through the shower had some grime left on the screens and droplets on the kitchen cabinets. It will make a huge difference to be able to feel clean and safe in my new rental (I have autism and it’s always a difficult process) but I’m balancing that with my budget especially as I’m moving house. Time: - This afternoon OR TONIGHT (Friday 2nd). - Saturday (3rd) MORNING The property is empty (no furniture), timber floors, recently renovated and generally in good condition. Although it’s a 3 bedroom home, it is very small and the size of an apartment. What I need done: * Shower: proper clean and disinfect. This is my main priority as I want to feel comfortable to shower in it. * Visible dirt and grime around the house only (there are a few areas that you will see need a quick clean/disinfect): Eg: marks and residue off cabinet fronts and any other obvious splatters/droplets. * Bathroom: if you can have a go at the marks on the lower part of the mirror I noticed I’d be so grateful but don’t stress about it. I require the keys to be collected from my current house in Kenmore before the job and returned to the same Kenmore address when finished the same day. I can leave the keys in a secure hiding place for you if that is easier. Thanks.

Hi, I’m moving house on Saturday (3rd of October) and need a clean on Wednesday 30th (today), Thursday 1 Oct or Friday 2 Oct this week. Anytime prior to Saturday is completely fine. The property is empty (no furniture), timber floors, recently renovated and generally in good condition. Although it’s a 3 bedroom home, it is very small and the size of an apartment. Previous tenants left without cleaning the house properly- especially the shower. It’s not a dirty house, it’s not in bad condition or and I do not need a full deep clean. I just need a few areas done that I noticed hadn’t been cleaned properly when I did a walk through. What I need done: * Shower: proper clean and disinfect. This is my main priority as I want to feel comfortable to shower in it. * Toilet: disinfect the toilet itself (bowl, seat, lid, base, floor in toilet room). * Visible dirt and grime around the house only (there are a few areas that you will see need a quick clean/disinfect): Eg: marks and residue off cabinet fronts and any other obvious splatters/droplets. * Bathroom: the marks on the lower part of the mirror that are between the glass mirror. And a mop. Please do not include: * Vacuuming or mopping floors (aside from the bathroom and toilet room) * Oven, fridge, windows, walls, inside every cupboard- only spot cleaning where there is visible mess/grime I require the keys to be collected from my current house in Kenmore before the job and returned to the same Kenmore address when finished the same day. I can leave the keys in a secure hiding place for you if that is easier. Thanks.

Looking for someone to help get my small apartment back to a good maintenance baseline. Main priority is a thorough bathroom clean, particularly the shower, tiles/grout, vanity, toilet and floors. I’ve already removed some of the surface mould myself, so this is primarily about giving the bathroom a really solid clean rather than mould remediation. I’d also love a lighter general clean through the rest of the apartment as time allows — kitchen surfaces, dusting, vacuuming/mopping and other obvious areas. Small apartment, generally tidy and uncluttered. I’m looking for someone thorough who can help me get things to a baseline that’s easier for me to maintain afterwards. With a view of potentially an ongoing fortnightly/monthly arrangement. Happy to discuss what’s realistic within the budget/time available.

And so the saga of ending a lease continues.... a single garage and small laundry requires pressure cleaning. Keys must be collected and returned to Place Real Estate, Graceville upon completion. Please see attached photo of garage to be pressure cleaned. The laundry is signicantly smaller, rectangular shaped, allowing for a washer, dryer, sink and hot water system. As I have already vacated the premises, no photographs were taken of this area.
