I need the following: General cleaning Living area - Dust, organise and disinfect all furniture surfaces in every room where reachable. - Mop and vacuum hard floor and carpet. - Remove fingerprints on wardrobe mirrors and sliding tracks. - Empty the bins in every room Kitchen - All bench tops, surfaces and cupboard doors wiped. - All appliances wiped down. - Fridge surfaces wiped down. - Microwave cleaned inside out. - Rangehood and stove cleaned. - Sink and taps washed, sanitised and polished. - Empty the bin. Bathroom - bathroom clean and disinfect. - Basins washed and sanitised. - Scrub the tank and clean the toilet bowl. - Clean the soap scum, scrub dirty grout, shower head, walls and shower screen in the shower. - Remove moulds. - Rinse and dry. - Remove hair from the drain. - Clean the mirror - Empty the bin. We are moving out on the 21st Jan and will have all of 22nd Jan for the end of lease clean. We need a meticulous cleaner to: - steam clean 1 brm apartment’s carpets. - clean bathrooms & important to clean the grout from shower tiles - clean all floor-to-ceiling windows, - mop all uncarpeted areas - the usual kitchen cleaning (deep oven clean and extractor important) Overall, we, as tenants, do a good job of cleaning & it wouldn't be a hard to clean to get spic and span. We just want someone who will care about the condition of our apt as we do & will do an attention-to-detail job. You will need all equipment, including steam cleaning products for the carpets, as we don't have all those products. If you could please put how long it will take you, that would be great!
