I’m looking for a reliable, thorough and trustworthy cleaner for a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Art Deco apartment in Mosman, with the intention of finding someone for an ongoing regular arrangement. Regular clean * Approximately 3 hours per visit * Approximately once every 3 weeks * Budget: $40 per hour * Wooden floors throughout The regular clean would include the usual: * Vacuuming and mopping floors * Dusting and wiping surfaces * Thorough cleaning of both bathrooms, including bath, shower, toilets, basins and mirrors * Kitchen clean, including benches, stovetop, sink and general surfaces * General cleaning and tidying as required I’d also like to rotate some deeper-cleaning tasks between visits—for example skirting boards, windows, cupboards or other areas that periodically need more attention. Where a particular visit requires a more substantial deep clean or additional time, I’m happy to pay for the additional hours at the agreed $40/hour rate. All cleaning products and equipment will be supplied. I’m using this initial Airtasker job to hopefully find the right person for an ongoing arrangement. The most important things I’m looking for are a strong work ethic, reliability, honesty and excellent attention to detail.
