Hi there, I got a clean done for my 1 bedroom apartment and there are parts that my tenant would like cleaned again. These include: - Cleaning the grout in between the tiles in the shower walls and edges. - Cleaning the insides of the washing machine. - Wiping down the outside of the air conditioner. - Wiping down the bathroom sink. - Mopping the corners of the kitchen floor a bit more. - Cleaning the balcony. - Wipe down of stove top. - Cleaning in built wardrobe shelf. - Cleaning corners and edges of bedroom carpet. - Cleaning hinge of bedroom front door. Require fortnightly cleaning for small two-bedroom apartment on Gold Coast (Biggera Waters, next to Harbour Town Shopping Center). Modern unit is occupied by my parents in their 70s, I wish to pay for a regular fortnightly apartment clean as they are getting too old. First clean should be a FULL-CLEAN, with subsequent fortnightly visits can be an upkeep/housekeeping visits.
