Looking for a cleaner to come by our place while we’re away to do Airbnb refreshes when needed. Tasks would include cleaning/changing linen and towels, cleaning the used areas (kitchen/lounge/bedrooms/bathrooms), watering the plants if needed, potentially cleaning the pool and leaf blowing (but that would be negotiated per time needed) and restocking milk/bathroom stuff etc.

I am busy setting up an AirBnB apartment in South Brisbane, corner of Peel and Merivale. I would like to know how much you would charge per clean if your team became my regular cleaners. The apartment will be immaculate with new hybrid floors throughout and tiles in the bathrooms. No carpets. I will have a comprehensive checklist for all the usual AirBnB setup. We have a three bedroom townhouse that we have set up as an Airbnb and will be looking to hire two experienced Airbnb cleaners. The property has a large open plan lounge/dining room, two bathrooms, one WC downstairs, two courtyards, three bedrooms with 1 king, 1 queen and 1 single beds We are looking to hire two cleaners. One who can attend to cleans Sunday - Wednesday and one who can attend to cleans Thursday - Saturday. Please note this is not a daily job and cleans can differ each week depending on bookings however we would like to have two cleaners incase one in unable to attend. We are not looking for one cleaner to take on every day of the week Tasks include; basic cleaning tasks as well as all surfaces to be cleaned down, fridge to be cleaned, dishes cleaned and put away, vacuum the whole house and mop downstairs and bathrooms, bathroom walls and shower screens to be wiped down, all three toilets to be cleaned, outdoor areas to be swept, all linen and towels to be changed - cleaners can clean these at their house as we will provide spares, this saves the waiting time to clean and dry items. On average this will take around 1.5 hours. Applicants will be required to have their own equipment. We do not have a start date as of yet but will be around mid July. The previous guests were really lovely and expect that they have made a big effort to leave the place in a good state so the cleaning job should be relatively straight forward and easy. Linen may need to be washed and changed on both beds. I am looking for a reliable and trustworthy individual to clean my 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Airbnb apartment in West End when I am not available between guest visits. This may also include the occasional exchange of keys with guests if necessary. Guests are expected to clean up after themselves so I am not after a detailed clean but rather a quick tidy up between visits which will include: - empty of bins - change of bed sheets and towels (fresh linen provided) - replenishing of coffee, tea and orange juice - wipe down surfaces - sweep and mop floors I will need someone available on Tuesday 10th March (between 10am-2pm) for the first clean and then ongoing after that on a casual basis. Please note that the price advertised is based on an hourly rate.
