Looking for an experienced, high quality, trustworthy, reliable cleaner to not only clean a 2 bed 2 bath apartment but also organise a full changeover for an Airbnb (as per the details below), with possible future cleans/changeovers depending on the quality of the clean and changeover. First initial clean ASAP, to get ready for first guest booking. Cleaning equipment and products essential. Must also be able to provide linen service as no sheets will be made available. Approx. 3 hours. Free undercover parking available. Instructions -Remove all used/dirty linen and sheets. -Make beds with clean laundry, roll up towels. -Replace hand towels in each bathroom -General clean of whole apartment (2 bedrooms, 1 study, 2 bathrooms, living area, kitchen), including capsule coffee machine tray, chairs and table inside, as well as outside in balcony areas -Restock tea and coffee containers, welcome chocolates, tissues, kitchen supplies, soaps, bathroom supplies. All provided. -Ensure dishwasher is empty. If it has dishes in it, clean them if dirty and put away in cupboards above. -Empty coffee machine water container and kettle. -Throw out any food from previous guests. -Do a quick check of the cupboards to see if clean, clean where necessary. -Take out rubbish from bins under sink and in bathroom. Replace bin bags. -Sanitise all high-touch areas, such as door handles, taps, switches etc -Check for any other issues in apartment. -Leave apartment looking spotless If all of this is done to a high standard with no guest complaints you'll get a 5-star review on Airtasker and possible future work with us :)
