Cleaning tasks include: Vacuum Mop floors Clean bathroom (shower, bath, basin, mirror) and toilet Wipe down surfaces and trough in laundry Wipe down benches, drawers, doors, dishwasher, fridge in Kitchen, and quick wipe inside drawers if needed Wipe kitchen table and coffee table Wipe down all light switches, door handles, tv remotes, air con remotes and controls Clean glass sliding doors to ensure they are free from finger prints Dust for cobwebs and main surfaces where any dust is visible Change beds with mattress protector, both a fitted and flat sheet and doona cover Wash, dry, fold and put away clean linen Refill toilet paper, hand wash, dishwashing detergent and dishwasher tablets, and bin bags (please also inform us when these are low, and if we can't get a family member down there replace them, we would ask you to get them which you will be reimbursed for as well as your time to do so) Wipe down outside furniture Clean bbq if necessary and let me know because this is charged back to the guest Take bins down to street if not cleaning again before the following Monday Take bin up to house if cleaning after they have been emptied Dust skirting boards when needed Sweep outside if it looks like it needs it (rear courtyard/front decking) Clean oven if it looks like it needs it Photograph and send me the picture of anything that is damaged or of any big messes Additional COVID cleaning requirements: Spray high-touch surfaces in each room with an approved disinfectant spray (including all light switches, door handles, tv remotes, air con remotes and controls) Let the disinfectant stand for the length of time specified on the product label Allow the surface to air dry - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 2nd Nov 2021

The fresh linen and towels will be dropped off to you. I can send you the airbnb add to view the spaces involved. You would need to arrive at the property at 10:30/11:00am on the day.
