This will be adhoc according to when there are bookings - perfect for someone who's just looking for a little bit of local work here and there (each clean should take 2-4 hours depending on the state it's left in). Usually the property is booked out on weekends and will be needing a cleanup most Sundays. This will get busier as we get towards the summer holiday period (2-3 cleanings a week estimated). The bookings tend to be quite last minute, so I'll be informing you as soon as I get the booking (usually 2-5 days in advance). I am looking for a regular cleaner who will clean my house on a regular basis after the guests check out. This will be for 2 rooms separately rented in AirBNB. Location is Shortland, NSW. You will clean the rooms after guests checkout from each room. Normally at 11am and before 3pm.
