Hi I am thinking of opening an Airbnb at Footscray and I would love to see if there is any interest from cleaners to take on an Airbnb property. It is a small 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit, located at Joseph road footscray. You will be responsible for turning over the apartment which will include 1x queen bed, 1x double bed (bottom bunk) and 1x single bed (top bunk), linen management and bathroom cleaning as well as mopping and vacuum the apartment. You will also need to sweep and dustpan the very small courtyard. You will have a 4 hour window before someone could potentially check in. ie check in 10am and check out 2pm. Our preferred partner is someone that will take care of the property as if it was their own but also takes the initiative with the little touches and finishes. If you would like to potentially partner, I would love to know how much per turn over but also your previous experience with managing Airbnb's. - Due date: Flexible

We are looking for a local, reliable person to help with our Airbnb in Footscray . It’s a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with a mix of tiled floor and carpet. Pleas quote fixed clean. Start date is after 21/11/22 Airbnb Cleaning Checklist 1. Change linen & towels 2. Clean linen & towels Strip used linen, bed sheets, towels, bathmats and tea towels. Clean Bathroom Sanitise and clean toilet Shine sink and mirrors Spot clean shower: depending on how long your guests stayed, you may only need to wipe over the shower for most cleans and give it a deeper clean periodically. Hi There, Im a Airbnb co-host and currently got a few listings across Melbourne. At the moment we are searching for a detailed oriented and pontual cleaner with a can do spirit. The property is located in Footscray, It is a 3 bedrooms 1.5 bathroom The Airbnb has been recently renovated so the conditions is very new. Always needs to do cleaning when each time guest check out which usually is 10am and the cleaning needs to be done by 3pm. All area cleaning EXCEPT for carpet steam clean, oven and rangehood professional clean and lawnmower. Also check the condition of the house and furniture appliances and bedding and kitchen items. Report damages and missing to me if does happen. Add toilet paper shampoo etc. for each next guest. Take photos after cleaning.
