This is a list of things I would like you to do: - change bed linen and bath towels and reset them with clean linen for the new guests - put dirty linen into washing basket (supplied) - clean toilet, shower, basin, bathroom mirror and mop bathroom floors - replenish the supply of toilet paper and other bathroom amenities (supplied) - tidy lounge and dining and put anything left out away - vacuum lounge room, bedroom, and dining room floors - clean coffee machine if used - clean stovetop - clean sink and wash any dirty dishes - putting away dry dishes in cupboards to leave sink clear - clean the inside of the fridge - clean bench tops - sweep and mop the kitchen floor - replenish any supplies in the kitchen (supplied) - empty all bins and put in new liners (supplied) - reset dishcloths and towels and put dirty ones into the laundry basket My place is a bit dated, so I need someone professional to make it look its best. Clean and perform Airbnb change over in a large 1 bedroom apartment.

I’ve two apartments in Collingwood Peel st that are listed on Airbnb. One is a small one bedroom and the other three bedroom (2 bathrooms). I need someone to be available to device apartment between 10-2 everyday. On a change over the sheets need to be washed and dried on premise ( machine and spare sheets available ) and a normal full clean, check of all items in inventory, and replenish basic supplies available at premise and occasionally out out a cot or spare bed. Apartments are new and in good condition with all equipment supplied.

Looking for reliable cleaner to perform Airbnb change overs for my 2 bedroom apartment.

It’s a 2-BD apartment, but the cleaning is mostly for only 1 BD at the time (each BD separate listing). Usual duties on each visit (30min): - Bed linen change + 30 min machine wash + Room dusting & vacuuming + Check common areas and do minor tasks if needed Duties once a week (or as needed) total 45-75 min: - All usual duties + Dusting & vacuuming the common areas + Mopping bathroom (and living area if needed) + Wiping kitchen/bathroom surfaces + WC clean + Shower wipe + Emptying bins As the common area is maintained over the course of a week, the cleaning really becomes only the bed linen changing and vacuuming. Of course, a check of other areas are required, but any work is usually minor. The bedding change / cleaning must takes place anytime between 9 AM and 2 PM. There is a secure parking within the building if you drive. $40 if a single bedroom change is needed, and $55 if both. Need to meet you before Thursday and walk you through.
