I can provide you an itemised list of all requirements, including cleaning small Weber BBQ and taking linen/towels into town to have washed - I would cover expenses in addition to the $250 cleaning fee.

I need a general cleaning and turnover on a 2 bedroom house in Sunrise- Byron Bay due to check out and new guests check in times, cleaning must be done from 10:30am to 2:30 pm. 3 hours are needed. With little flexibility- bedrooms must be done by 1:30, but rest if house could be done later if needed). Tasks living room: dust furniture, window frames, behind frontdoor, vacuum carpet, kitchen: clean bench, sink area, stove and mop kitchen and front door area. Bathroom and toilet: Clean up bathroom and toilet, change garbage lining, mop floors, clean mirror, vanity and bathtub. Bedrooms: dust furniture and window frames, vacuum and change bedding. Leave bedding in the laundry area pls, I'll wash later. I had cleaner here for this job before so I know 3 hours are enough, it is not a big house. A dog will be in the property. I have a battery operated vacuum cleaner so you need to use it for carpets and swipe the tiled floors w a broom (or bring your own vacuum). I will supply cleaning products and rags

Seeking ongoing cleaner for our Airbnb in Byron Bay. Cleans occur upon day of check-out from 11am - 2pm. Usually only requires about 2.5-3 hours with occasional spring cleans of longer. Tasks required: strip beds, change sheets and wash/hang, clean entire place inc. bathrooms, toilets, kitchen, vacuum/mop (use own gear), take out rubbish, wipe out fridge, surfaces cleaned etc. also restock toilet paper, soap, towels etc from stock stored in garage. Own cleaning equipment and products required. We supply all consumables for the guests. Regularity of cleans: Every Sunday as well as one or two more days during week - bookings dependant. First clean: this Sunday 26th May.

Experienced airbnb cohost required. Needs to be local to Sunrise/Byron Bay. Duties will involve cleaning, laundry and restocking in return for cleaning fees and % of booking earnings.
