Sorry - date change again until june due to guest stay extension. I will then need an experienced AirBnB cleaner to assist with the cleaning of a 2 bedroom,1 bathroom apartment in brunswick east. Flat has had cleans professionally during this stay period. Great communication and promptness a must. There is a usually a one or two day window between checkin/checkout.Changeovers every 4 weeks looking for an ongoing service provider. Clean to happen from 11-3pm pending next guest check in details. I have a full list of to-do’s so you know what to do plus I am available to whatsapp/facetime during the clean for any questions (given time differences if OS). Tasks included; 1. Removing /washing & Changing bed linen 2. Cleaning the entire apartment : vacuum, mop floors, clean kitchen + bathroom + loungeroom surfaces/cupboards/mirror. Plus windex clean windows, x 2 inside bedroom windows and 4 balcony windows. I have a step ladder. No ladder use required. 3. Updating me re any supply needs/Restocking of teas, coffees, toilet paper shampoo, cleaning products. I will order these to be available for your changeover & clean if I don’t already have the supply. 4. Cleaner will need to take pictures of apartment on arrival for post guest condition to me by whatsapp and then after of the clean/changeover. 5. Ongoing cleans/concierging will involve some guest help if required in case of lock out or checkin over the phone guiding into the apartment via keysafe. If there is extra work/hours needed(my last guests of 5 weeks moved everything around!) then I will pay for that once sighted/explained etc. Need someone with great time management and communication skills for sending images/messages etc. And following instructions. Job has a four hour window but usually only takes 2-3hours. Linen washing can be done in-house and left to dry on racks or the outdoor washing line. No need for laundry service as I do long lets. Due date: May 20 10-2pm. May also get changed to mid june. Photos to come.

I need my 2-brm, 1 bath townhouse cleaned for 2 airbnb bookings in late June/early July. Everything needed is available onsite, just turn up on time and do a great job. This is an airbnb plus property so attention to detail is a must. Clean must be done between 10am and 3 pm on Sunday. As I own several airbnb's and a company that cleans and manages other peoples airbnb's, anyone that does a great job can get a lot more ongoing work

Cleaning tasks would involve a standard house clean (floors, bathrooms, surfaces, etc), re-making beds, setting out towels, checking the stock of a few amenities (tea, coffee, laundry powder, soap, etc) and reporting any major damage to the house. Laundering will involve removing the sheets and towels offsite, washing and folding, and preparing them for a use at the next checkout.
