I am looking for a cleaner/housekeeper to perform a tidy up between airbnb guests at my 2-bdrm apartment in Bondi Junction on June 21/22 and other dates (it is vacant on these dates) and potentially other dates. The budget quoted is for one clean, but I would like to book multiple dates. I will have other dates in the future and would be great to have someone to call on. The task would be a general tidy-up of the apartment including the following as required: Kitchen • All surfaces wiped & tidy • All dishes cleaned and put away • Microwaves and bin areas are checked and cleaned • Rubbish & recycling disposed • Fridge checked • Oven inspection and general wipe Bathroom • Mirrors and glass cleaned with glass cleaner • Toilet, Basin and Shower cleaned • Bathmats and towels left folded Living Areas • Dusting of surfaces • Draws, Wardrobes and under beds checked for items left by previous guests • Bed linen and towels washed and made up (there are coin operated machines or could be washed and brought back) • Vacuum Note: The clean can be performed over two days. Because there is only a washing machine (no dryer) on site and the linens (sheets, towels) need to be laundered, the previous person took the linens offsite and returned them. The budget includes the total cost for taking them away and returning.

If it has dishes in it, clean them if dirty and put away in cupboards above. -Empty coffee machine water container and kettle. -Throw out any food from previous guests. -Do a quick check of the cupboards to see if clean, clean where necessary. -Take out rubbish from bins under sink and in bathroom. Replace bin bags. -Sanitise all high-touch areas, such as door handles, taps, switches etc -Make bed with clean laundry, roll up towels. -Check for any other issues in apartment. Put all dishes in dishwasher and empty dishwasher on completion Put all bedsheets, pillowcases and duvet covers (including spare duvet) in washing machine and put them in tumbledryer on completion. Put them in the wash at 40 degrees for 59 minute cycle. Then put them in dryer for 90 minutes cycle. Then make the beds once sheets are dry Throw out any items in fridge Clean fridge Clean kitchen Throw out any food items left behind in kitchen Vacuum the entire apartment and clean all table tops Clean bathroom Water all house plants Ensure all bins are empty Empty water tray in tumble dryer Ensure keys are left in lockbox Estimated task is 3-4 hours working at a slow pace.
