I have an air bnb in Brown Hill, Ballarat. My cleaner is very very reliable, however I am unfortunately getting flooded with bad reviews on the cleanliness of the house :(. I require a cleaner who can be logged into the air BnB app and see when the house needs cleaning, and arrive between 10am and 3pm to clean on check-out days. A long booking is currently active until December 29, so that will be the next clean. The house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom (only 1 toilet), home with one living area. $60 per clean, but would consider putting this up if the cleans are thorough. Each clean requires: General house clean between each guest, with Linen change on any beds that have been slept in. I am happy for spot vacuuming and mopping in between full floor cleans. bathrooms seem to collect a lot of dust and hair. This is an AirBnB property located in Creswick which needs to be cleaned between stays. It comprises three bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen/dining and living area. The task will include cleaning the bathroom (shower/vanity) and toilet, vacuuming, mopping, emptying the dishwasher, removing used bedsheets and making up the beds with clean linen, and doing laundry of any used sheets and towels. The house has a washer and drier which can be used together with mop, vacuum etc and cleaning products are supplied. Most stays are only for a couple of days so generally the house is clean and doesn't need much done to get it ready for the next guest. This will be an ongoing task which is normally required once a week during the weekdays, but it can sometimes be more frequent.
