I have outdoor fence/wall 1200W x 2400H that has been prepped with cement sheet ready for stone cladding. I’m looking for an experienced stone Masson or tiler to fix stone work and grout. $80hr + materials.

Looking for a painter to freshen up an internal wall in an older house. There are two similar rooms, but I’m asking for a quote on one room initially, with the option to do the second room later if all goes well. The wall in this room has two different finishes: One section with old internal cladding One section with old wallpaper and some adhesive residue (see photos) The job is to remove both finishes, prep the wall underneath, and repaint the wall so it looks neat and consistent. Scope of works (for one room): Remove remaining internal cladding where required (cladding is mostly loose, aside from fixings around power points). Remove existing wallpaper Clean off old glue / adhesive residue General wall prep (fill, sand, tidy up surface) 1 x coat of primer/sealer 2 x coats of internal paint This is an older home, so I’m not chasing perfection — just a proper prep and a tidy paint job. We have a faux chimney cavity for it to be installed in, but it has gyprock walls which need to be replaced with heatproof material. We would also like to have stone cladding put on the faux chimney. i am having new windows installed into second story bedrooms but they do not fit the trim around the external windows to flush against outside cladding. need this done once windows are installed
