I want to surprise my partner with a romantic dinner at home (date is not 100% set but sooner then later please). Downside is I’m not the best cook (she is!) I need someone who can cook us an amazing 3 course meal (for 2). Organic products only and needs to be done from scratch. Not set on the exact dish as I’d prefer to leverage your best meal (prefer chicken based meals as that’s her favourite) Our kitchen is subpar so would prefer you cook prior and dish up at our place. This would be completely hands off on the evening as I’d love to just focus on her. If you can provide any extras to help give her a night to remember I’m all ears!

Hello! I'm trying to cost up running a weekend wellness retreat in the southern end of the Gold Coast. I need to find someone awesome that we could get involved as the chef for the weekend :D The dates aren't locked in as of yet but I'll detail below what I am looking for and if it's something you might be interested in let me know! : Friday: 5pm cooking demo/nutrition session followed by... 6:30pm dinner for 6 people (chef needed to be present/hot dinner) Saturday: 1pm lunch for 6 people (chef can be there or it can be a cold lunch dropped whenever suits you that morning). 6:30pm dinner for 6 people (chef needed to be present/hot dinner). I'd like the food prepared to be healthy, nutritionally balanced (ideally you will have a nutritional/dietetic background as well as cheffing experience) and hopefully even organic and locally produced. Also as you would be with the guests on the Friday night you'd need to be a 'people-person' and willing to present/interact with them (I will be there too, it will be a fun time!!).
