Date: Sunday, 9th November 2025 Time: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM (4-hour shift) Location: Ryde, NSW 2112 Key Duties Will Include: Arriving at 2:00 PM for a briefing before guests arrive at 2:30 PM. Heating and plating food that has been pre-prepared. Arranging food on platters and taking them out to guest tables. Managing the drinks, refilling drinks, and keeping it tidy. Walking around to collect empty glasses, plates, and rubbish. General cleaning and tidying of the party area (patio and covered area) throughout the event. Final clean-up: washing dishes and glassware, wiping down kitchen surfaces, packing away leftovers, and taking out the rubbish. What We're Looking For: Must have experience in hospitality, waitering, or event staffing. A friendly, professional, and proactive attitude. You can see what needs to be done without being asked.
