2008 BMW Engine Light Error Code Fix

Hi Team, I have a 2008 BMW 323i E90 which has done around 160k. Today I had the engine light on and upon scanning at home, picked up P0015 and 2A87 error codes. Upon investigating, it seems they both are related - seems like exhaust camshaft timing for bank 1 and VANOS solenoid value having issues - May be dirt or some sort of blockage. I had my car serviced 1000 kilometres before and it also recently appears to have an oil leak issue. Car was also behaving to make a whistle like noise and loss of power at tome which all explains P0015 and 2A87 error codes. Wondering if you guys can please give me a high level quote on how much this issue will cost to fix - clean the valve or replace if required ?
