The park brake of my BMW X5 is stuck on and I cannot move the car. The park break warning light has been flickering for a while, but I didn’t manage to get it to the Service Center - now the brake itself is stuck on and won’t disengage. Steering wheel locked after flat batteries

I have a 2006 BMW X3 I’ve taken it to so many places One person says this is wrong The other says this is wrong RWC check says this is wrong There was an oil leak, rwc guy said it was from the sump and when taken into mechanic it wasn’t even leaking from there. I’d like it if someone can actually tell me what’s wrong with it and show me
